Can I count on you to make sure your Squadron has their consolidated report submitted before June1, 2012?  Thanks!  The paper version went out in the mail Friday night, but it is much easier to use the online method. 

Go to www.wisal.org, click on the link for the Consolidated Report Form, after you complete the online form, click the SUBMIT button, then on the next page  you will be able to download and print a PDF file of your report.

It all adds up on the Squadron Consolidated Report Form

Your Consolidated Squadron Report Form is DUE!        

Compile your squadron’s accomplishments and activities, donations and volunteer hours from June of 2011 to the end of May 2012, enter the data on the Squadron Consolidated Report form. 

The Consolidated Squadron Report Form is:

  • an annual, total report of your Squadron donations, service and volunteer hours
  • required to maintain your charter
  • required to compete for awards at the Detachment Convention
  • required to compete for awards at the National Convention
  • required for the Detachment to submit our reports to congress to maintain our charter
  • due at Detachment Headquarters by June 1, 2012.
  • easy to use three part carbon form to mail or use the online version.

Go to www.wisal.org, click on the link for the Consolidated Report Form, after you complete the online form, click the SUBMIT button, you will be able to then download and print a PDF file of your report.
